This more extensive session includes a massage tailored to your specific needs and use of various tuning forks. This session is intuitively guided and assessed and healing sounds/ vibrations of the tuning forks are used to further support the nervous system, lymphatic system, physical body and bio- field. Breath work and guided intention visualisation will also be incorporated in the session. Tuning fork work may be more extensive, for 30-45 minutes, with a up to a 60 minute massage in the total 90 minute treatment. The use of sound/ vibration is used to reach an Alpha/Theta brain wave state, that is deeply healing. It is an ideal restorative state for the body’s natural healing process, for processing emotions and accessing creative flow states and solutions. The treatment may include the Pythagorian Solar Spectrum, Solfeggio, Fibonacci, Om forks and various Otto / Osteophonic weighted forks to balance the physical and energy bodies.
